Hello all, I’ll be creating a Whatsapp group for the club (men and women) with the aim of getting us do to fitness and runs outside of Training. The idea is that if you’re in the group it gives a little extra motivation to work on your fitness; you can compete against fellow players, see who’s getting the best times, etc. It’ll give you that drive to improve where you’re at and compete for places. I’ve been sticking to 7 minute splits with a rest in between, 3k as fast as possible, and 12 minutes continuous.
